Promote and sell company product (flowers & gifts E-Commerce)
Doing sales offering activity both of direct sales or online (telemarketing, internet marketing).
Perform outbound telesales calls to database provide by company
Perform follow-up with clients to close sales
Identify, manage and secure existing and new account and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
Responsible for before and after sales services to customer
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
To achieve individual sales targets & update sales daily.
To continuously think ahead and help to develop solutions to emerging problems
To continuously suggest ways in improving the team as a whole
Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
REQUIREMENT
Max 32 years old
Min Diploma in any field
Experience 2 years as Sales Executive/Telesales/Telemarketing
Proficient in English is a must
Outspoken, dynamic and persistent individuals with a passion/interest in a sales career
Highly motivated and independent
Good interpersonal & communication skill
Ability to work independent and as part of a team
Willing to work over time to finish deadlines
Willing to work in Jakarta Barat
