DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyze the problem reported by the clients.Escalate to the next level for the ticket that can not be resolved at the 1st line support. Preparing the incident report for the clients. Assisting any support request by the clients within the 1st line support boundary. Assisting in UAT and product documentation (if any).
REQUIREMENT

Minimum diploma in Computer Science or MIS.Fair knowledge in web services, javascript, HTML, and database system. Good communications in English (writing, listening, reading). Preferably to have knowledge in messaging technology integration (SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, FB Messenger, LINE, etc). Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
