DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Responsible for the sales targets that have been determined;
• Responsible for sales operations, planning, and implementation of promotional programs in areas that are the responsibility of the position;
• Delivering the targets set by the company to distributors and ensuring these targets are known by the distributor sales team;
• Monitor the performance of SPG/SMD with random field/store inspections;
• Make reports on market conditions/field activities of competitors and other matters related to the area;
• Maintain good relations with Pareto stores and stores as a whole, and with distribution teams in the area;
• Propose a promotion program in the area;
• Ensure the implementation of promotional programs in stores;
• Ensure all distributor claims are by the provisions that have been set;
• Ensure availability of stock and condition of distributor goods;
• Receiving orders and NOO (distribution expansion and market penetration);
• Evaluating the effectiveness of area promotion programs;
• Make a call plan and execute it according to the purpose of achieving turnover/targets;
• Looking for distributors/subject.
REQUIREMENT
• Maximum 35 years old;
• Minimum Diploma Degree in any major;
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in handling distributors and sales;
• Basic to intermediate Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint skills;
• Own a motorcycle and valid driving license;
• Willing to be placed in Sumatera, Jawa, Makassar, Manado, Banjarmasin & Pontianak.
