DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Direct, large and key dealer management. Involves regular interaction with dealers across all channels, monitoring demand across product segments on a geographical range, supervising servicing and delivery across dealers and planning for the same on the base of volume and value targets. Also includes collecting their feedback on different schemes and programs, and on employee service levels and interaction Interacting with distributors for companies across regions and geographies. Presenting different schemes and development programs for all distributors, undertaking activities for sustenance of the existing network, and implementing programs for the expansion of the network Implementing modifications in existing dealer, distributor interfaces and ensure sustenance of the same To achieve pre-decided targets in sales collection of companies, in all regions across channels Drive schemes for new product introduction, focus products and strategy for increasing volume and value sales Interacting with key points of contact across dealers and distributors across channels and segments ensuring effective and mutually beneficial relationship and resource optimization Visiting dealers, contractors, maintenance companies on a regular basis for business & also for feedback on improvements needed, finding new business opportunities, getting competitor information etc. Interaction with painters, contractors, applicators and organizing schemes, training programs, meets for them to ensure product knowledge and visibility across all segments Conduct in-shop activation processes and activities including schemes and programs to increase shelf space across centers, and running programs to attract and incentive end consumers Promote visual merchandising programs to ensure visibility across all sale points and end consumer centers Run activities across different training centers for painters, contractors, dealers Implement new programs and schemes to increase visibility of new products.
REQUIREMENT

Experience in Paints Company, is a must. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree Having experience minimum 5 years in sales retail in Paints Company Good leadership & good communication Good in English Working location Semarang
