DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
Screening, recruiting and provide production training to new factory workers when necessary.
Collaborating with relevant department (e.g.: QS, Project, Operation and etc) to establish and execute quality control processes.
Handle factory’s transport arrangement (goods delivery and receive), as well as Quantity Control for in and out materials.
Handle production and store manpower. Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Planning and organizing production schedules.
Supervising the company's field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors.
Follow company ISO standard for factory operation and documentation preparation. For audit purpose.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the production team.
Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Director.
REQUIREMENT
Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Proven experience as Production Manager or minimum 3 years’ experience in Interior Design / Construction industry.
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, or related field.
Excellent time management skills.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Initiative, able to work in team, willing to learn and work independently.
Good communication, self-motivated and interpersonal skill.
Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
Preferably someone who can start work immediately
