REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess a recognised Degree in Engineering or equivalent; with at least 5 years in a production managerial position of a manufacturing set up with proven track records Candidate with a relevant Diploma or Certificate with more than 8 years of relevant experience will also be considered *Candidate must be able to practice a hands-on approach and lead by example Candidate should have knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001 and 14001 Prior experience in the PLASTIC manufacturing industry will be an advantage Experience in automation especially implementation on a project basis with previous success stories preferably with measurable performance improvement will be an advantage Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and/or Cantonese (The ability to speak, read and write Mandarin is crucial in order to communicate with our vendors and overseas subsidiary colleagues) Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure Good work ethics, pleasant personality and matured with strong interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of people confidently Meticulous, good problem-solving & analytical skills and effective multi-tasking abilities Self-motivated and independent with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative A team player, energetic, dynamic and flexible Able to handle sensitive and confidential information using diplomacy, discretion and good judgment Excellent planning, good organisational and time management skills and has the ability to prioritise work and handle pressure in meeting deadlines with ease in a professional manner Applicants must be Malaysian citizen Immediate availability is preferred Attractive remuneration is negotiable for Candidate with the relevant potential, qualifications and experience
