DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the branch office and lead daily operations. Analyze and identify market conditions and needs, and analyze sales opportunities. Increase connections and maintain the reputation of branches and companies. Achieve business/sales targets for branches. Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Diploma degree from all majors. Experience min. 5 years in retail sales of lubricating oil for 4W and 2W. Experience min. 3 years as Branch Head. Have good interpersonal and communication skills. Have good analytical skills and lead the branch. Have the competence to increase sales and build good relationships with business relations
