DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

● Educate GudangAda’s apps to B2B customer (wholesale & retailer beauty product) ●Increase market penetration (store by store) for selected brands or pareto store ●Formulate GudangAda’s Long-term offline and online Acquisition Strategy ●Be the counterpart to grow GudangAda’s Wholesale and retail merchant (toko kosmetik). ● Manage store relations and sell in and sell out of the selected brands ● Branding activities in the respected city of operations
REQUIREMENT

● 1 Years of sales & Merchant Acquisition experiences in Beauty Category ● An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a complex and fast paced environment ● Deep understanding, local context, and merchant networking ● Target achieve oriented ● Has experience in distribution of the products (specifically beauty products) ● Has experience in the same market and no relocation. ● Proactive and field sales experience ● Understanding the General Trade Market is a must.
