DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Present as DKT’s representatives to the hospitals, stake holders and doctors as prescriber.
Plan and execution for visit and detailing targeting hospital stakeholders, doctors, Ob/gyn and, pharmacist with agreed plan of numbers and frequency.
Build a strong base of customer list consist of Hospital, Ob/gyn, Pharmacist and stakeholder/Key decision maker according to the guided numbers.
Mastering in product knowledge to do the excellent quality of product detailing to the customers above.
Work closely and collaborate with the distributors sales team to ensure excellence execution in sales & marketing activities and to delivering the product to the customer within hospital channel.
Act actively with strong initiative to ensuring the product availability in the hospital/clinics that listed in the customer database through the hospital/clinics listing process.
Work towards achievement of sales goals by executing strategy/tactics.
Responsible for the monitoring, tracking and follow up for hospital Program implementation in the field.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical, Nurse, etc.)
At least 2-year experience in Medical Representatives, Sales executive or Product Specialist from pharmaceutical industry or medical device.
Excellent in product detailing & understand the hospital business structure is a must.
1-year experienced handling Ob/gyn Specialist and products also familiar with hospital product listing process is a must.
