REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Minimum experiences 7 (seven) years in related position Minimum Age 27 - 33 years old Fluent in English is a Must. Manage all positions' recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new hires from creating offer letters, and performing reference and background checks to facilitating HR orientation. Mastering psychological test tools and can interpret. Proficient in using BEI. Have good communication and able to work hard. Preferably domiciled is in around Tangerang.
