DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Implement and manage the HR function in the hotel in line with the competencies of their position Applying company people management policies, processes, and tools Focused on guaranteeing a positive experience for employees and candidates during the different stages of the employee life cycle Responsible for talent acquisition & branding, learning, talent development, building culture & values, organization development, compensation & benefit. Involve as Business Partner, hotel openings & disaffiliation, prevention of occupational risk, labour relations & personnel administration
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar academic qualifications Must have 3 - 5 years of hospitality HR management experience, preferably in a similar luxury hotel property in Indonesia Strong understanding of the Indonesia Employment Act Indonesian HR leader with excellent command in speak, write & read English. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Willing to be placed in anyof our five star hotel property
