REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills would be a plus. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy and targeting specific audiences. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make data-driven decisions. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Clear, creative, and logical thinker with exceptional writing and communication skills. Flexible, adaptable and with a co-operative attitude; able to work as part of a team. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Enviable attention to detail. The ability and flair to manage and lead large scale multichannel projects with ease. An intelligent listener, ambassadorial and can sell in ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
