DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Play a larger role in attracting and retaining clients.
· Work closely with existing and prospective clients, generate sales leads, closing sales, recognize opportunities, demonstrate products.
· Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
· Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
· Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, sales merchandiser, logistics and finance departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
· Negotiating contracts, Trading Terms with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment.
· Overseeing sales process and facilitating order fulfillment
· Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies periodically
· Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
· Maintaining an accurate and updated database.
REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field. · Proven experience in key account management min 2 years · Proven experience in Retail Offline - Modern & Traditional Market · Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software. · The ability to build rapport with key clients. · The ability to handle multiple client accounts. · Strong negotiation and leadership skills. · Exceptional customer service and time management skills. · Exceptional presentation and verbal and written communication skills · High level of efficiency and accuracy.
