DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Deliver professional hospitality service to VIPs, guests and visitors of the Experience Centre including but not limited to government officials, overseas delegates, policy makers, corporate and business leaders, academia, industry practitioners, R&D experts.
Guide and create a unique journey to VIPs and visitors to fully experience the technology-enabled exhibit zones in the centre
Assist the Centre Manager to identify, plan and invite targeted visitor group to maximize the impact of the centre made to the technology ecosystem in Hong Kong and overseas
Conduct periodical visitor behavior analysis for management review and propose improvement plan to maintain and upgrade the service level
Assist the Centre Manager to manage and ensure the smooth operation of the centre including the implementation of a comprehensive booking system and evaluate and adjust the operations in a timely manner to suit business needs
Prepare impactful marketing collaterals from proposing the format, drafting of contents to layout for production to enhance the corporate branding of the Centre
Support event and project management to refresh the centre content with interactive and exciting elements to enrich the experience journey for the visitors
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Communications, Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism or other related disciplines.
5 years of relevant experience in customer and community service, marketing, business management or event marketing, preferably gained in sizable / MNC companies.
Excellent interpersonal, communications, problem-solving and analytical skills
A strong storyteller, customer-oriented and passionate about Innovation and Technology
Strong in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua
