DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Build lasting relationships with Sales Companies / Distributors and internal departments - Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction - Formulate and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets - Handle customers’ enquiries, sales order, forecast, database management and update, coordinating sales & marketing activities - Preform sales budget, sales report, sales analysis and prepare business proposals & presentation materials - Perform market research & analysis - Work closely with internal department and customers for new product development - Perform necessary administrative work - Handle ad-hoc assignments as required
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor degree in business administration or marketing related - 3 years’ working experience as sales admin or sales supporting role, advantageous with merchandizing management experience - Positive and engaging personality that will engage and drive sales - Requires strong self-governance, proactive approach, personal accountability, and increasing independence - Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance - Excellent command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin (Japanese is an advantage) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Excel - Familiar with Power Pivot, Word & Power Point - Excellent communication skills, well organized, multi-tasking and attention to details - Good in administrative work - Occasional business trips to overseas sales companies
