REQUIREMENT

Recognized university degree of any discipline or equivalent, Master degree or above in Chinese language or literature is an added advantage; Minimum 8 years’ working experience preferably in corporate communication or related field in executive capacity with proven track records; Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered; Good understanding of the culture and structure of state enterprises, and Mainland government at provincial and municipal levels; In depth understanding of the organization structure of Hong Kong Government, especially on the Innovation and Technology ecosystem; Strong interpersonal skills with customer service oriented mindset in dealing with different levels of internal and external stakeholders; Good planning and management skills, self-motivated, confident, creative and with strong desire to achieve better performance; Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese with superb presentation skills, native Putonghua is an added advantage; and Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation-related software like Google Slides or Keynote.
