DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Achieve sales targets and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned stores.
Develop new accounts and explore the full potential of existing customers based on customer classification.
Maximize the number of point-of-sale locations, SKU distribution, and in-store merchandising space.
Provide comprehensive product training to pet shop staff to ensure accurate knowledge and messaging in the field.
Monitor competition and market trends, identifying business opportunities and evaluating prospects within the industry.
Track and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance metrics.
Take corrective actions as required to sustain and improve sales performance.
Assist and participate in marketing events such as pet shows and pet owner seminars. - Conduct regular reviews with customers to analyze past sales and develop action plans for profitability and sustainable growth.
Collaborate with related departments (customer service, logistics, etc.) to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales reports.
Make in-person visits, conduct trainings and presentations to both existing and potential customers.
REQUIREMENT
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally within the pet food or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of the pet food market and industry dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated individual with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Flexibility to travel and work in the assigned territory as required.
