DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Based on the request from the field team to prepare repair work quotation to the customer. Follow up quotation and confirm the order with customer through phone call. Maintain proposal activities and order records. Assist to execute Company selling programs and approach customers for proactive selling. Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellence service.
REQUIREMENT

College or above in any disciplines 1 – 2 years of sales/ customer service/ tele-marketing experience is an asset Possess excellent customer service skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of PC operation, familiar with Word and Excel Fluent spoken in Cantonese, knowledge in basic Mandarin/English
