DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Working in collaboration with local stations and Emirates head office teams, identify and evaluate new markets and sources of business that present additional revenue opportunities. - Actively participate in the promotion of Dubai and the business with potential clients and the media where relevant. - Manage EKH sales teams at both head office and local level to ensure engagement with strategic intent and focus on achieving overall market revenue targets.
REQUIREMENT

- Commercial/Sales. Other: 8+ years - Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) - Degree in a marketing, business or leisure/tourism related subject - Experience in the travel or leisure industry, in a marketing or sales capacity of which a minimum of 5 years should be at management level Knowledge/skills - Proven record of consistent achievement of KPIs and sales targets - Proven new business hunter who also excels at account management - Ability to exercise judgement and decision making in the promotion of travel related services, airline and DMC products - An excellent knowledge of the tourism markets and of the players (Tour Operators, Incentive Houses). - Clear knowledge and understanding of the tourism industry - Excellent presentation, analytical and report writing skills
