DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1.Sales Target
Annual sales (Business Plan, Executing Business Plan, Mid-terms Business Plan: Support management team to develop strategic business plan, including setting targets and plan that enlarge company’s customer base and strengthen its presence.
Weekly and Monthly sales, develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activities and targets based on Annual Plan
Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new product/module/service.
Implement a strategic business plan mentioned above and achieve growth and hit sales targets by efficiently managing the sales team.
2.Product and Price
Understand products and services features (including strengths and shortcoming) to communicate their benefits accurately and persuasively when interacting with customers.
Combine technical knowledge along with sales skills to provide advice and support on the products and services.
With feedback and advice from customers, provide valid information and opinions for product improvements and future development.
Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
3. Place/Partner
Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with Partners by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Develop and maintain an external network of partners (channels)
Advising partners on our policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Global Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.
4.Promotion
Create or/and improve promotional media for companies and products, both online (digital marketing) and offline media.
5.Process
Generate leads by contacting potential clients to create connections.
Follow up on sales leads by arranging meetings, developing quotes and proposals, negotiation price, terms, and contract with the customer, and closing.
Coordinate and collaborate with all related departments, especially technical department at all stages of sales lifecycle (from pre-sales, implementation, maintenance stage and post-sales)
Analysis and Reporting: Draft detailed and accurate sales reports and present the situation and conditions of current sales achievement as well as a plan to stay on targets.
Manage review process complaining company regulation to keep the quality of deliverables.
6.Customer
Develop professional close relations and maintain regular communication with customers.
Know our existing customers and their needs, maintain positive relationships with them (especially with key customers) to grow customer loyalty while attracting new ones.
Resolve escalated customer complaints regarding a product or service.
Provide support for growing the market to a global or international scale (SPISy go-international, etc.)
7.Competitor
Identify market changes and market shifts while continuously monitoring the product of competitors and the status of competition.
Create and periodically update information about competitors, their strengths, and weaknesses, and how to win the competition against each competitor.
8.Growth
Ensure by checking and leading each member of the sales team to perform as per expectations and attain sales targets, as well as remind and support them when their action is insufficient.
Educate and develop sales team through motivation, counseling, product knowledge training and performance monitoring.
Support and help sales team to generate leads until close sales if required.
REQUIREMENT
Having Good Knowledge in HRIS System
Familiar with Target achievement with sales revenue min of 10 billion a year
Fluency in oral and written communication in both English and Indonesian.
Dynamic, Smart, target oriented, proactive, and having interest in sales area.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Full-time position available.
Excellent in communication and networking skills through all viable channels
Result oriented and proactive in problem solving.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience as account / sales manager In HR System.
Having experience with Japanese company/client is an advantage.
Have good knowledge in Indonesian Payroll Regulation
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
Proficient negotiation and presentation skill
Have good complaint handling skill.
Ability to make comprehensive proposal, reports, business flow related to HR & Payroll System
