DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for full HR spectrum covering human resource budget, recruitment, training and development, industrial and employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll, expatriates’ visa management, insurance, employee engagement, etc.
Prepare and process monthly payroll and compile monthly reports.
Responsible to ensure the employee claim/reimbursement/token is process on timely manner based on the supporting document provided by employee.
Responsible for the processing of payment to the statutory bodies in timely manner and as per the latest statutory bodies payment process.
Work with HR manager to review HR procedures, identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures and recommend improvement to system.
Identify compensation and benefits trends and opportunities; provide information on market trends and ensure wage competitiveness.
Handle and resolve employee disciplinary issue etc.
Manage expatriate visa with the relevant Government authority
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills, command of Mandarin (both spoken and written) will be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of the Employment law and Industrial Relations Act, prevailing practices, and legislations
