DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and inbound sales leads follow-up, to achieve assigned sales target
Proactively explore new business opportunities through networking, social media, joining exhibitions and conference, as well as through market research
Arrange client meeting to understand customer needs and to present our Training and Certification services
Identify and capture additional needs from existing customers to up-sell / cross-sell more products and services.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor Degree level 1-2 year relevant work experience in sales and business development Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese & Mandarin. Self-discipline with good planning and problem solving skills Energetic with an “Hungry for Sales” attitude, be result and KPI driven Enjoy achieving and over-achieving targets A good team player with good interpersonal skills and telephone manner Knowledge on ISO Standards will be advantageous
