DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in managing sales process to consolidate and develop business results achieving assigned budgets.
Ensure proper formulation of proposals, specifically the costing of each project through coordinating with internal/external suppliers.
Support the team to determine the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Prepare formal technical and commercial offers with clear communication of contract terms. Administrate warranty claim.
Bridge between engineering team and / or 3rd party distributor / dealers / contractors and manufacturing plants. Regular coordination and communication with all internal/external stakeholder.
Other assignment that are assigned by supervisor from time to time and willing to travel whenever the need arises.
Strict compliance and adherence to JCI Ethics and policies
Establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts / installation projects by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies.
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings.
Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives.
Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan.
Conduct building surveys to support the development of estimates.
Maintain correct and complete records of all sales related activities.
Submit all required sales reports, expenses, competitive activity and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers to ensure that Johnson Controls is meeting their requirements to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Refrigeration, Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronica Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in Sales specifically in HVAC or Refrigeration systems (2 years exposure in Industrial sectors)
Has a hunter mindset and possess good skillset in prospecting new accounts, consultative sales, and presenting to the customers
Has exposure in dealing with General Contractors or EPCs
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
Good communication skill both in Bahasa and English
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and work independently with minimum supervision
Exposure in Sales Force/other CRM is preferred
Willing to travel (up to 50% of the time)
