Onboarding and Integration: Onboard our clients into our API as well as Meta’s WhatsApp Business platform
Organize and manage information during administration processes.
Carry out change management process with a high level of discipline
Reporting and Observability: Periodically collect data and format business reports. Create necessary query to the database for retrieving data.
Create and manage dashboards various platforms such as Metabase, Big Query, Power BI
Tech Support: Receive and manage incoming support requests from clients for the team to pick up
Understand client needs to be able to generate a proper support report
Timely escalate and track progress of resolving issues.
Teamwork: Collaborate with Sales / Solutions team during presales activity and provide technical advice to both colleagues and clients
REQUIREMENT
Background in IT or Information Systems
Have 3+ years of experience in IT Operations or similar role within tech industry
Experience in debugging by searching logs and querying database
Hands on experience in creating SQL queries for reporting purposes
Experience using API tools for testing systems
Basic knowledge of system architectures and process flow
Experience in Meta Business Management Account is a plus
