DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets for smartphone spare parts in Indonesia and Myanmar. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive growth in the assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the smartphone spare parts industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree and more than 3 years of experience in spare parts/3C product market development and product sales. Proficient in the sales channels and operational models of spare parts/3C products in Southeast Asia. Experience in autonomously establishing regional distributors and agents, along with a systematic approach and strategic thinking in managing major customers or agents. Mastery of channel resources, adeptness in exploring new markets, and possessing exceptional business negotiation and execution insight skills. Proficiency in English as a working language; familiarity with Burmese is preferred.
