DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and target new business opportunities within the security and surveillance industry. Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking. Understand clients' unique needs and challenges to offer tailored cloud backup CCTV solutions. Provide expert advice and product knowledge to guide clients in making informed decisions. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for their security needs. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our cloud backup CCTV solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals. Effectively negotiate terms and contracts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our products effectively.
REQUIREMENT

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. A track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales role, preferably within the security or technology sector. Strong understanding of cloud computing, CCTV technology, and the ability to quickly grasp the technical aspects of our products. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and solving client challenges. Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry and adapting to changing market conditions.
