DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare, check and submit claim forms and related documentations
Responsible as the main contact point between finance and external parties for invoicing, billing and payment
Responsible to assist sales department by updating market information to existing client
Answering phones, screening calls before directing it to the appropriate person or department
Assist operations in any company activities and events such as team building, company trip and any office celebrations
Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
To undertake all administrative duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Internship working experience in general office administration support is preferred Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure Good command of English and Mandarin and proficient in MS Office applications Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
