Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with them.
Strategically plan the approach to the client and offer compelling solutions for the client's financial needs.
Identify, prospect, qualify, negotiate and close deals in an aggressive time-frame.
Participate in pricing and tender/proposal reviews with senior management to ensure alignment to the customer requirements.
Planning and looking for new marketing opportunities.
Discovering and developing new market opportunities to increase sales.
Collecting data from external source of potential clients.
Continuously deal-sourcing new opportunities and make sure that deals happen..
Evaluating, writing, and presenting proposals and Budgeting.
Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities for growth in existing markets or new markets.
Developing marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness.
Developing pricing strategies for products based on competitors’ prices, customers willingness to pay, and company cost structures.

REQUIREMENT
2 to 3 years of experience in business development or Marketing, especially in Retail and Event Organizer.
Have knowledge in Merchandise Industry.
Have so many channel in Big Event, Hospitality and Retail Industry.
Proven sales track record.
Proficient at Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Initiative and good decision-making skills.
Strong negotiation, Communication and networking skill.
Able to navigate complex business landscapes and develop profitable long – term partnerships with stakeholders to drive business development initiatives.
Has a unique blend of analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.
Must be able work individual and team.
