DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Collaborating with the Project General Manager to develop product - mix ,concept, branding, marketing communication dan marketing program implementation plans for projects that will/are being built
Prepare, analyze project marketing strategies, including branding strategies, competitor analysis and property performance studies.
Research and understand current market condition that are developing and develop strategic action plans to overcome market trends.
Convey the agreed strategy to the project team and ensure its emplementation is appropriate and if necessary improve the strategy as needed
Develop sales plans and set appropriate performance goals for the sales team.
Direct, develop, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales marketing programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations for the sales marketing team.
Experienced in property developer company and preferable handled landed house project.
