DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage portfolios of designated accounts developed by BDMs and provide alternative solutions (new products and services)
Communicate leads and sales opportunities requiring a commercial action with the network and BDMs
Generate offers / spot quotations to existed customers
Monitor and track shipment status that followed by C/S & troubleshoot any irregularity incurred with overseas office.
Cross department communication with internal Business Units
Build customer loyalty by regular contact with existed customers secured by BDM.
Follow up on inactive accounts, find out reasons of departure and re-promote group offers.
Comply and implement the policy given by management
Support BDM team in achieving the yearly target
REQUIREMENT
2 years working experience in Freight Forwarding Industry Sales or Customer Service related experience is preferable Proficient written and spoken English Excellent communication skills to overseas and to customers Work flexibility in possible contingency for shipment from existed and new customers. Presentable and good team player Able to work independently & under pressure Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
