DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
－ Ensure attention-to-detail on all reservations with precision in preparation prior to guests’ arrival
－ Input bookings from domestic and international wholesalers into the PMS and respond within the same day
－ Confirm reservations and ensure all reservations are guaranteed prior to guests’ arrival
－ Capable to introduce the hotel’s products and facilities to guests with comprehensible manner
－ Demonstrate ability to promote any current packages and promotions by the hotel
－ Ensure all guest inquiries are responded within 24 hours upon receiving the inquiry
－ Respond enquiries through the reservation general email address promptly and assist with the maintenance of the reservation email account filing system
－ Complete daily checklist tasks efficiently
－ Support the team with effective filing systems either manually and electronically for easy access and retrieval of all reservation relevant correspondences
－ Comprehend various Marriott standards and guidelines in order to comply reservation procedures accordingly
－ Enlighten guests about the Marriott Preferred Guest program when required
