DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deep understanding in resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, and networks. Ability to troubleshoot network and internet connection problems effectively. Experience in resolving issues related to email, domain, and hosting. Good understanding in handling file and folder access control issues. Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems. Good communication skills and responsiveness to customer requests.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. At least 2 years of work experience in technical support or related roles. Certification or training in technical support would be a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
