DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle the full cycle of recruitment.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Headhunt, source and filter good candidates through various online platforms and match candidates with the job openings.
Create JDs for all staff and to ensure it is kept up to date.
To liaise with recruitment agencies.
Experience Handle the recruitment process such as advertising the vacancy, sourcing the candidate, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, managing the hiring process, and orienting.
Staff engagement – planning and conducting team events, festive celebration, company outing
To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent. Min. 1 - 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and Admin. Experience in Hunting or Sourcing candidates. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing. Working knowledge of Employment Act and all HR statutory. Good knowledge of computer - Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).
