Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruiting plans to address them.
Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contribution to the organization.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruiting processes and outcomes.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leverage this knowledge to continuously enhance our recruiting strategies and practices.
Foster a positive and inclusive recruiting experience for candidates, ensuring that each interaction reflects our company's values and culture.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of three years of experience as a Recruiter, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably from a Headhunter company and has experience handle Managerial Level Recruitment.
Good English proficiency is a must.
Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices, combined with strategic acumen and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in utilizing recruiting tools and technologies and sourcing platforms.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Able to join less than one month notice would be preferrable
