Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent. Have financial industry knowledge: Banking, Insurance, Multifinance Understand how to create business flow for digital product (mobile apps, ecommerce, and others digital products) Love creating document, such as Functional Specification Document, Business Requirement Document, etc - and also structural and comprehensive Pay attention to details Good communication skill (communication to programmer and also customer - please be patient ) Good Analytical Skill Customer based thinking Experience working in Agile environments. 1-3 years experience
