DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide IT support (Computers, IT Infrastructure, etc) and ensure they are operating optimally, secured, and patched regularly. Provide application support (POS, SAP, Salesforce, and related e-commerce systems, etc) Lead as Project Manager / Coordinator in business system implementation and work with various business teams or IT teams Provide technical advice to business teams to help them make informed decisions Ensure compliance on Global / Regional IT & Cybersecurity policy Ensure ad uate documentation are maintained and kept up-to-date Be on standby for IT operation needs and cybersecurity emergency response as needed Handles IT procurement and work with Finance Manager to manage local IT budget
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related disciplines Certified in Project Management or networking would be desirable 4 to 5 years of experience in IT operations, application support or project management Fluency in English both oral and written Experience on Retail POS system is preferred Experience on ERP system SAP ECC is highly desirable Experience on Salesforce platform is desirable Exposure to Cloud is desirable (Azure, AWS) Hands-on experience in supporting IT operations and applications is highly desirable Experience in scripting / automation is desirable Detail oriented and team player Able to function independently without being closely supervised Willing to travel within Indonesia
