DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, including managing their calendar, coordinating meetings, and prioritizing appointments. Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO. Draft and review documents, memos, and reports as needed. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO's business trips, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internal and external, and prepare necessary materials, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for each engagement. Document Management: Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents. Ensure timely retrieval and efficient record-keeping. Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing their office visitors and screening incoming calls and inquiries. Event Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, conferences, and other corporate gatherings, as required. Information Management: Stay updated on industry trends and relevant news, and prepare briefings for the CEO as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is preferred Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, with a minimum of 2 - 3 years supporting top-level executives. Proficiency in office software and communication tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.
