DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and monitor Fixed Asset tagging exercise and work with department business users to ensure each asset in Fixed Asset register is identified and tagged. Witnessing department business users identification of Fixed Assets to be written off / asset items that are no longer identifiable ie items in FA list not found physically Assist in establishing Fixed Asset tagging and Fixed Asset management process flow and procedures flowchart. Supervise and monitor post completion of fixed assets tagging exercise that all new incoming assets are tagged and existing assets tagging are running in order.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business or equivalent. At least 1 year working experience in Finance/ Accounts is required. Proficiency in MS Office and computer savvy. Independent, self-motivated, proactive and team player. Possess positive attitude, meticulous, and good analytical skill. Fresh graduates with Diploma are highly encouraged to apply.
