DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure all IT-related delivery services and support are performed timely and effectively. Uses computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to program, write software, set up functions, enter data, or process information. Monitors, ensures and manages the acquisition and maintenance of property based systems. Ensure the availability of software and hardware (including network) to support operations and compliance with applicable regulations and laws. Maintains, inspects and repairs equipment. Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans to minimize downtime and risks, and to protect IT assets and company data. Establish relationships with stakeholders, IT vendors, and service providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a smiliar position. Familiarity or knowledge: server management, Network/devices, cloud system, databases, and web/mobile application Knowledge and experience in e-commerce or tech company are preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. English language proficiency is a must.
