DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Install, test, monitor, upgrade or maintain the infrastructure, desktop and laptop as well as software/hardware Maintain and manage overall company software, desktop and laptops inventory, replacement and maintenance or renewal schedule Troubleshoot and diagnose any IT related issue IT sourcing, purchasing and licensing Perform security check periodically and recommend to management on system improvement when necessary Maintain security and confidentiality of company database information Support IT function on a daily operational basis and ensuring system and networking is in optimal performance Provide guidance to users to operate new software and hardware
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology Preferably with at least 1 years of working experience in related field. Preferably language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia Good knowledge on Microsoft Operating System Basic knowledge in Microsoft excel and words Good in IT hardware diagnostic and problem solving skills
