DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provides technical support to sales team and customer on Proof of Concept (POC), project deployment , post sales support & Internal simulation testing
Study system & product technical details in order to provide technical advice or support to the company customers and sales team.
Evaluate technical specification of related products to improve the system performance.
Communicate with HQ programmer on customized software functionality requirement definition or 3rd party software integration Application Programming Interface (API) details.
Support and built good relationship with customers.
Perform trouble shooting assistance to customer from office or customer sites.
Responsible for the effective management of demo product and filing of technical information.
Responsible to manage and set up the entire demo equipment for tradeshow.
Monitors customer satisfaction to assure achievement of Outstanding Customer Value.
Develops and maintains technical competence of company products, applications and services.
Responsible to create technical information like datasheet, manual and training material.
Responsible to conduct technical presentation or technical training to customer.
Assist in overall company operation for self- development to managerial
position.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering or Electronics Experience.
At least one year working experience in relevant trade.
Good knowledge of surveillance cameras, computer, IT and Networking. Candidate who has knowledge of ANPR software and Intelligent Traffic System will have advantage.
Experienced OCR, Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies will have advantage.
