Support business opportunities with technical assistance.
Coordinate resources comprehensively to successfully execute project POC (Proof of Concept) with significant effectiveness.
Prepare project delivery plans, design and review, testing, and verification to ensure stable implementation of solutions.
Promote projects actively, ensuring reasonable processes, high-quality delivery, and timely provision of accurate project materials and deliverables.
Swiftly resolve issues during project progression, earning commendations from customers; promptly communicate problems to relevant departments with valuable advice for product and solution enhancement.
REQUIREMENT
At least Polytechnic or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication or computer science related.
At least 1 year experience of technical support in IT/CCTV/telecom related industry;
