DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Mainly provide L1/L2 support for incoming application support queries and other issues related to computer systems and software Respond to queries over the phone, in email or in person Task Automation Identifying/raising system bugs to be fixed by the development team Participate in side I.T. projects
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor of Technology, Engineering, Computer sciences or equivalent Basic knowledge of SQL, an OOP language and web technologies Problem solving/troubleshooting and fixing I.T. issues The ability to think logically and creatively Excellent communication skills Fast learner of new technology Ability to analyse and diagnose complex problems Experience of using ticketing systems like HPSC or Service Now is a plus but not mandatory ITIL v3 Foundation certification is a plus but not mandatory
