DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead the operations in store, including cost control, manpower plan, shelf organizing and cleaning. Checking out at cash register (You have to learn to teach in the future). Money Handling. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards, sales floor change works. Receiving goods from Distribution Center. Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information. Follow all companies’ policies and procedures. All operations related to store operations. Relocation within Indonesia. Other related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Good communication skills. Able to communicate in Japanese and English. Bachelor’s Degree. Those who aspire to become section manager store and store manager in the future. Willing to work shifting Those who can be transferred between stores in the future. Experience in retail industry is big plus. [Only CV in English will be processed] The working venue is in West Jakarta. Our client is a Japanese Retail company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Speaker Store Staff.
