DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ticket Management. Provide timely support to Customers and Internal Users. Manage Internal User Accounts. Perform manual database backups.
REQUIREMENT

5-7 years of relevant work experience in IT Support. Experience with executing SQL scripts. Strong troubleshooting experience and abilities. Good SQL experience is a must: database backup creation, backup restore, TSQL script knowledge Speak fluent English. This is a requirement because this position will be speaking with customers when necessary. Be detail-oriented. Ability to work night shift.
