DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide IT desktop support and set-up for Classrooms and Staff PCs
Install, configure, manage, maintain, and troubleshoot computer desktops, firewall and server operating systems (Microsoft servers, Linux servers, VMWare, virtual machines etc), as and when needed
Perform routine system administration duties (eg. Backup and storage functions) and security maintenance
Properly perform and maintain accurate documentations for all IT processes, (eg. SOP, keep track of the assets)
Perform tasks related to facility maintenance and troubleshooting when required
Facilitate Principal exams administration
REQUIREMENT
1-2 years of working experience in implementing and maintaining IT systems
