Responsible of all recruitment end to end process HO & SO
Assist to Sr. HR Generalist.
Work closely with Users to understand their staff requirements, specifics job objectives, and manpower planning
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
Maintain database, track hiring summary, and arrange report on hiring process
Ensure all the documents of new joiners are complete
Responsible for keeping track of status contractual agreement of all employee
Responsible to manage the probation period of all new joiners, as well as their probation evaluation assessment
Responsible of evaluation assessment of all the employee annually
Responsible of CFID form annually (HR & FA Div)
HR administration, attendance finger print HO (attach with all required form)
Responsible of daily finger print report of all employee
Updating HR database (Employee data, leave day, lateness)
Report annually (leave day, absent, lateness)
REQUIREMENT
Understand psychological test
Minimum 25 years old
BEI Interview
Computer literate (Ms. Office)
Detail and likes administrative work
Can work under pressure
Fluent in English written and verbal (must)
Experience Min.3 Years experience in MINING Industry (must)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong personality
Firm and Independent
Good analytical thinking
Can Join ASAP.
