DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist the Head of IT in managing and documenting IT processes. Assist the Head of IT in regularly reviewing IT process quality. Participate in discussions with various departments to meet their business requirements. Participate and assist in audit. Will be involved in work related to Compliance and Security. Will be involved in work supporting 3 offices in Singapore and 1 office in Brunei. Will be responsible for network related matters, being the point of contact when working with HQ and APAC team. While being a subject matter expert for network, this role is also expected to support other domains of work (desktop, video conferencing, other office equipment), achieving a cross-domain support structure with other team members. Able to commit time and achieve delivery for urgent tasks, events and projects. Able to lead small to medium scale events and projects.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of Helpdesk support or relevant field experiences. Possess basic to intermediate Networking knowledge, particularly on the L2 and L3 aspects of the OSI model. Participated in the full delivery of projects. Has experience in leading, in any form that may be relatable. Has experience working with other Business Units on daily operations or projects. Able to cite examples from experience on critical thinking for problem solving. Strong sense of ownership and urgency. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment. Patience, resourceful, and possess communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English and Chinese is required to be able to communicate with various speaking business associates
