DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the implementation of LinovHR solutions in all clients,design and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions. Deliver a full analysis of business processes and flows, map them onto LInovHR capabilities Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements in a cooperative manner Ensures effective communication within the project team and between the project manager, team members, and all relevant stakeholders. Guide, coach, and mentor functional and technical consultant Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Define the development, testing best-practices and comprehensive project plans Keep up to date on LinovHR developments together with the development team and share best practices, successes, and ideas. Assess customer feedback and using tools to establish, improve, and refine services. Support with new product concept initiatives Establish clear client retention goals Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
REQUIREMENT

University degree in computer science, engineering, management of information systems or a related discipline At least 3+ Experience in project team management as a dynamic and energetic leader At least 5+ years experiences in software implementation especially ERP, HR and CRM At least 2+ years experience as Project manager Minimum 2 large-scale ERP/HR projects performing a similar or higher project management role; with a strong preference for Cloud ERP/HR implementation; Experience in Agile Project Management or Iterative Development desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with customers, team and stakeholders Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Thrives in collaborative, matrix environments Business & IT strategy experience Customer-focused mindset Strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively interact with senior IT Leadership and associates at all levels Ability to read, write and speak English at a high proficiency level
