Creating forecasts for the current year.
Supervising and assisting in providing solutions to sales executives.
Overseeing and assisting customer service.
Enhancing the performance and development of Sales Executives, Customer Service, and Design.
Assisting in the development and implementation of Marketing Plans when required.
Establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Sales Executives.
Searching for new customers.
Collaborating with the team to identify sources of hazards in processes, machinery, and taking control measures to reduce the risk of accidents.
Organizing, implementing, and overseeing all activities related to Integrated Management System in the Production Department.
Maintaining existing customers (service, quality, & pricing).
Monitoring market developments.
Ensuring customer satisfaction is always met both during and after sales.
Providing timely feedback to the President Director regarding performance.
REQUIREMENT
1. Age max. 45 years old;
2. Male or Female;
3. Have experience between 5 – 10 years in the Packaging field;
4. Bachelor degree or higher;
5. Have active English skills. Another skills in Mandarin is preferable;
6. Have own vehicle;
7. Have computer skills and have experience leading a team
